We went to Petco Park to see a baseball game.To get there we had to first walk to the trolley station in H street. After that, we got to the trolley and stayed there for at least 5 to 6 stations. Next, we had to walk to finally get to Petco Park. Once we got to Petco Park, we had to get through a security place, and walk a little more to get on the stadium of Petco Park. We saw the San Diego Padres against the Kansa City Royals. We were able to eat at the snack bars, and the Padres sadly lost.
We went to the Latino Film Festival.
We went to the Central of Cultural de la Raza, to find out about Chicano's.
During the tour I found out much about it. I found out that this place used to be a storage room. Then people decided to make it into a place memorable for culture. There is a painting inside which shows a dark side, and a good side. There seems to be a snake around the painting to.
What I liked most about this place was that there were a lot of paintings around it. Each of chose paintings mean'd something to culture. What I also liked about this place was it's history and what people did to a boring old storage room for water.

On the day before the Padres game, we went to Chicano Park. Chicano Park is like no other park in San Diego. Chicano Park has a long history, including why it was made, how it was made, what would've it been, and etc. Chicano Park was made because the people ( mostly Mexicans) wanted to have a place for them, and they decided to make a park. Chicano Park today would've been a Sheriff Station, but today since the people decided to make actions, it is a Park.
